Strong understanding of CMM setup, operation, and measurement interpretation. Familiarity with programming in one or more languages: MCOSMOS, Calypso, Modus. Proficient in blueprint reading, GD&T interpretation, and application of aerospace tolerances. Ability to operate and maintain manual inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, height gages, etc.). Effective communicator; able to interface with cross-functional teams and support floor-level issue resolution. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and documentation practices.
