Salary: $155,000 - $200,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking an attorney with 5-8 years of experience handling commercial contracts at a top national or international firm, or in a sophisticated in-house legal department. The role centers on supporting technology and growth companies with a wide range of commercial and operational agreements. Hybrid: Denver or Boulder Why join us? Hybrid & Remote options! Licensed (or eligible to become licensed) in Colorado. 5-8 years of commercial contracting experience at a national/international firm or sophisticated in-house department. Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, particularly in technology transactions (SaaS, software, IP). Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage competing priorities. Strong judgment, ownership mentality, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
