Why join us? 401K with Company Match Generous PTO plan Great Health Benefits Job Details We are seeking an HR/Office Manager to oversee front office operations while supporting key HR functions. This individual will play an important role in maintaining day-to-day efficiency, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment, and assisting leadership and HR with essential administrative and organizational tasks. Responsibilities: Manage front office operations including reception, mail distribution, supplies, and facilities coordination. Maintain strict confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information. Support HR with recruitment activities: job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination. Organize employee events, order meals, and assist with company-wide activities. Handle calls, visitors, and package/mail logistics. Provide administrative support to leadership, including travel arrangements, scheduling, and meeting coordination. Assist with financial support tasks such as deposits, mailing invoices, and AP processing. Coordinate vendor services (maintenance, pest control, etc.). Perform general administrative duties such as scanning, filing, copying, and mailing. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of relevant office/HR experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook (required). Professional, polished, and reliable with excellent organizational skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work with discretion. Prior customer service or phone operator experience a plus. Reliable transportation to occasionally run local errands if needed.
