Job Details Education: JD required, Illinois Bar admission Location: Chicago - on site Practice Area: Investment Funds Regulatory Top tier academic credentials and GPA Key Focus: Investment management regulatory compliance, securities filings, fund structuring, and advisory services Responsibilities: Analyze investment vehicle documentation and operational agreements Counsel clients on regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks Draft regulatory submissions and government filings Navigate regulatory inquiries and enforcement proceedings Support fund launches, structuring initiatives, and deal execution Provide strategic counsel to investment managers and capital providers Interested in hearing more?
