Why join us? 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical repair or equipment maintenance. Background in construction equipment, industrial machinery, or similar heavy-duty systems. Strong ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, or engine-related issues. Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including servicing and repairs. Experience performing mechanical work either in a shop setting or on-site in the field. Job Details Diagnose and resolve issues with large industrial engines, including both diesel and natural gas-powered systems. Evaluate and service complex machinery, covering mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components"”such as drivetrains, braking systems, and control units. Carry out routine servicing, overhaul work, and fine-tuning of equipment to meet operational guidelines and performance standards. Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and digital diagnostics to assist in repair and troubleshooting tasks. Accurately document maintenance activities, including service records, inspection checklists, and safety logs.
