If you are interested in this Operator 1, Warehouse Operations position, please contact Sawyer at sbollitier@ Operator 1, Warehouse Operations Compensation The pay for this position is $17.50 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Operator 1, Warehouse Operations Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm Safety shoes required for position Operator 1, Warehouse Operations Responsibilities Unload inbound trucks and load outbound trucks Locate, retrieve, and replenish products using FEFO methodology Move pallets on dock and stack/transport product as needed Operate forklifts, including reach and order picker Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and department SOPs Maintain work area in compliance with GMPs Train new hires on RF functions when required Adhere to all safety practices and maintain safe working conditions Perform warehouse associate duties as needed Regular and reliable attendance is required Operator 1, Warehouse Operations Requirements High School Diploma or GED Experience operating Cherry Picker and Reach Lift forklifts Licensed to operate material handling equipment Ability to read and interpret distribution documents Ability to perform in a metrics-driven environment with minimal supervision Good communication and basic math skills Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, crouching, and climbing Comfortable working in hot summer conditions and cold winter conditions (warehouse has no AC and limited heat) Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment If you think this Operator 1, Warehouse Operations position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me"”feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting!
