Sr. Accounts Payable Analyst

Large Energy Company is currently looking for a Sr. AP Specialist to join their growing team! High volume invoice processing Prepare journal entries, including month-end accruals, and perform general ledger account reconciliations PO, Non-PO, and 3-way matching Maintain master vendor file and monitor vendor compliance with procurement policies Review invoice aging report, research and resolution of any pricing discrepancies Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including IRS Form 1099 processing Support operating and staff departments in processing payment authorizations, expense reports, purchase orders, wire transfers, etc. Additional projects as assigned ***PLEASE BE SURE TO SEND YOUR MOST UPDATED RESUME***
