Full-Time Housekeeper Division:  Domestic / Hospitality Req ID:  R498101186 Location:  Miami Beach, FL 33139 Hourly:  $30 - $38 per hour Schedule When family is in residence (typically January - May): Monday through Saturday (6 days per week; overtime paid for Saturdays) When family is not in residence (typically June - December): Reduced schedule of 3 days per week (dependent on household needs; may vary based on projects and activity in the residence) Travel Requirements Travel to Aspen, CO is required every other year: Two weeks during the Christmas holiday One month to six weeks in August and September (Additional compensation provided for travel and overtime after 40 hours) Benefits Full health benefits available after 90-day probationary period Two (2) weeks of paid vacation Paid sick days Position Summary A private family in Miami Beach, FL is seeking a professional, detail-oriented  Housekeeper  to join their household team. The new hire will work alongside four other housekeepers and will be primarily responsible for laundry, as well as the cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen areas. Occasional dog care will also be required, and prior experience working with pets is essential. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong housekeeping experience in a high-end private residence, exceptional laundry skills, and the flexibility to travel and adjust to a dynamic schedule. Key Responsibilities Perform full-charge housekeeping duties including deep cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen areas Handle all aspects of laundry: washing, ironing, folding, and caring for fine garments and linens Maintain floors, dust surfaces, and keep all areas neat and organized Provide occasional care for the family's dog (not present full time) Restock household items and manage cleaning supply inventory Collaborate effectively with other housekeepers and household staff Travel with the family when required and assist with packing/unpacking as needed Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of professional housekeeping experience in a private residence Extensive experience with fine garment and household laundry Comfort and experience with dogs Excellent references from current and former employers Strong attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism Ability to work well as part of a collaborative team Strong communication skills; fluency in English preferred Must be a legal U.S. resident with valid work authorization Valid driver's license required Flexible, proactive, and hands-on approach with a strong work ethic SOCIETY STAFFING 379 West Broadway, 2nd Floor New York, NY 10012 Agency DCA License #2008231
