Assembly Technician

Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for an Assembly Technician to join our client in Rocky Mount. This is a 1st shift, temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing company that values teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. Responsibilities: Assemble mechanical components and equipment using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment Follow detailed instructions and specifications to ensure assemblies meet quality standards Inspect and verify parts for accuracy before and after assembly Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety and housekeeping guidelines Complete assigned projects within required deadlines Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings or technical instructions Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet throughout the shift Previous assembly, mechanical, or manufacturing experience preferred Strong organizational skills and reliability with good attendance record Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
