Our client has built a reputation as one of the legal industry's most sought-after employers, and is currently seeking an experienced litigation legal secretary to support high-profile business litigation matters in their Palo Alto office. The incoming legal secretary will provide sophisticated administrative and legal support to three partners and one associate in a fast-paced, engaging environment. Key Responsibilities: Produce complex litigation documents, including drafting shells, proposed orders, and discovery documents E-file in state and federal court systems, coordinating service of process, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of court rules Calendar for multiple attorneys, tracking critical deadlines and coordinating depositions, hearings, and client meetings Prepare comprehensive trial binders, coordinate exhibit preparation, and arrange court reporters and videographers Work with document management systems (iManage), redlining tools (Litera), and maintain organized case files Provide backup support across the litigation department as needed Serve as a professional liaison, developing excellent relationships while maintaining confidentiality What Makes This Opportunity Special: Our client maintains a diverse, inclusive workplace where differences are celebrated and collaboration is key.
