Escrow Document Processing Specialist Location San Antonio, TX | Hybrid Compensation & Schedule • $17.60/hour • Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-5:30 PM PST (Flexible for an 8 hour shift during these hours) • Overtime may be required based on business needs ROLE IMPACT: This high-volume, production-based role supports centralized clerical operations by managing the intake and processing of residential escrow documentation. The Escrow Document Processing Specialist ensures that critical documents are accurately scanned, archived, and meet compliance standards, enabling smooth escrow closings nationwide. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Scan and image escrow-related documents for secure archiving and quality control • Receive and process lender and buyer funds in coordination with escrow teams • Manage HOA demands and remediation documentation prior to document generation • Support up to 17 escrow-related processes after progressive task mastery • Communicate internal instructions and updates to escrow branches MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • HS Diploma or GED required • 1+ year of office, administrative, or document processing experience • Able to work Pacific Time hours with flexibility for overtime • Strong self-management and adaptability in a dynamic environment CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • Imaging and document scanning software • Microsoft Office Suite • Internal escrow and fund management platforms PREFERRED SKILLS • Proactive, self-starting attitude in a production-focused setting • Effective problem-solving and time management under pressure • Team-oriented mindset with strong adaptability to process changes By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
