Job Details The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of patent litigation experience. The associate will have the opportunity to contribute to a practice that represents clients in IP disputes on a regional, national, and international basis. Candidates should have an active Minnesota law license and be in good standing, strong academic credentials, exceptional analytical and writing abilities, excellent client service skills, outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
