Always something to do Main Job functions of Billing Specialist: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through order entry Engage with customers by answering questions, providing support, and ensuring a positive experience Update and maintain spreadsheets, ensuring accurate data entry into Oracle Assist with billing cycles, including generating invoices and tracking deadlines Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with customers or internal teams to resolve issues Maintain organized records of orders, billing, and payment activity for reporting purposes Preferred Skillset of Billing Specialist: Previous AR/ Billing experience Has worked with an ERP system Basic excel skills Can work in a team environment
