In this role, you'll take ownership of reporting, costing, and analysis activities that directly support decision-making and operational performance. If you enjoy diving into data, improving processes, and working across both finance and plant operations, this role offers broad visibility and impact. Why This Role You'll work across multiple plants, gain visibility with finance and operations leadership, and play a hands-on role in improving financial processes and driving operational results. This position offers both challenge and growth within a collaborative, high-performance environment. Key Responsibilities... Lead financial reporting and analysis: variance reports, GL summaries, sales/margin reviews, and labor/operational spend reporting Oversee inventory adjustments, customer true-ups, and financial closure of production orders Review and set up Bills of Materials (BOMs), including rollups, pricing reviews, and cost activations Support costing activities and assist with customer pricing setups Partner with operations to ensure strong financial controls and accurate reporting across sites Contribute to month-end close activities and provide plant controller backup as needed Conduct cost and overhead spend analysis to identify trends and insights Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial processes and reporting improvements What We're Looking For... Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (required) 3+ years of finance or accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing/operational finance environment Strong understanding of US GAAP, variance analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting Proficiency in Excel with prior ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, NetSuite, Workday, etc.) Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Effective communicator and collaborator across all levels of an organization Independent worker with strong time-management and problem-solving skills Interested in hearing more?
