Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Assistant: Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with accuracy and timeliness. Reconcile ledgers and maintain balance sheet and P&L reporting. Process accruals, job-based entries, and monthly reconciliations with attention to detail. Collaborate directly with the Controller on accounting and process improvements. Qualifications of the Accounting Assistant: Demonstrable experience in AP, AR, reconciliations, and general bookkeeping. Strong understanding of accrual and project/job-based accounting.
