Job Details Responsibilities: Translate company strategy into operational plans and measurable outcomes Lead and mentor the Key Account Team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement Oversee enterprise customer onboarding and ensure seamless integration into internal systems Drive adoption of automation tools, dashboards, and SOPs to enhance productivity Collaborate cross-functionally with executive leadership to align operations with technology and sales Manage reporting systems and executive dashboards to monitor KPIs and customer satisfaction Champion customer success initiatives and lead strategic business reviews Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or similar area of study 10+ years of operations leadership experience, including 5+ in executive roles Experience with Freshdesk, , and enterprise onboarding systems Background in tech-enabled business services, preferably supporting Fortune 500 clients Certification in project management or operations management **This is a Remote position with approximately 25% travel.
