Warehouse Team Lead Location Fort Worth, TX | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • $23 - 25/hr, Based on experience • Monday - Friday, 6am - 2:30pm ROLE IMPACT This position supports critical warehouse operations for a leading oil and gas client. You will lead a team of up to 10 associate providing guidance and support while working side by side with the team.  Success in this role ensures timely material movement, operational efficiency, and safe inventory management across the facility. Operate various forklifts. KEY DUTIES • Lead a team of up to 10 associates providing guidance and keeping them on task • Stack and organize boxes for shipping or storage • Load trucks with outgoing materials • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment • Perform general warehouse functions including material handling and staging MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Recent warehouse experience • Must have Team Lead experience • Forklift operation experience • High School Diploma or GED • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and work 10-12 hour shifts EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT • Forklifts, pallet jacks, and standard warehouse tools • Standing and walking throughout shift • Indoor warehouse setting with exposure to moderate noise and temperature fluctuations • Required to pass criminal background check and drug screen LEGAL NOTICE By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
