Oversee Accounts Payable: invoice entry, PO matching, variance resolution, and vendor payments. Support general ledger activities including reconciliations and journal entries. Communicate with customers and vendors to resolve inquiries and discrepancies. Assist with month-end processes, including credit card journal entries and reporting. Maintain and update third-party billing portals. Qualifications: AP/AR Specialist Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, or 3+ years of AP/AR experience. Strong Excel skills and ERP experience (NetSuite or similar preferred). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
