Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to work across levels of staff and clients. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail. Expertise in collections strategy and resolution. Strong analytical and technical skills with advanced Excel proficiency. Experience with legal accounting/collection systems (Aderant, Elite, Star Collect, ARCS) preferred. Ability to work under pressure and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
