Job Details Our mid-size Orlando-based law firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Litigation Associate to join our growing litigation team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of civil litigation experience, with a strong emphasis on commercial matters. This role involves managing a diverse caseload that includes construction litigation, landlord-tenant disputes (commercial and residential), bankruptcy litigation, contract disputes etc. The associate will be responsible for handling cases from inception through resolution, including legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, participating in mediations and court hearings, and developing litigation strategies in c Interested in hearing more?
