Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Processing Associate to join our Specimen Processing Department. As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate data reporting and efficient execution of laboratory procedures. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining documentation of problems and problem resolutions following Good Documentation Practices (GDP). You will also support department goals that align with organizational priorities and work with leadership to identify and progress on individual development goals that align with organizational priorities. In addition, you will handle and dispose of all specimens following standard precautions and applicable safety policies. You will understand and comply with all lab and safety regulations, and support employee engagement initiatives and activities to maintain and improve team morale.
