This position is ideal for a closer"”someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and knows how to maximize case value before litigation through strategic negotiation, deep knowledge of lien resolution, and insight into insurer tactics. This is a hands-on management role with direct oversight responsibilities, significant performance-based financial incentives, and strong potential for long-term growth. Key Responsibilities: Negotiate and settle pre-suit personal injury claims for maximum value by leveraging Civil Remedy Notices (CRNs), bad faith exposure, and insurance procedural deadlines. Identify and challenge lowball offers using compelling legal and factual arguments to drive higher settlements. Resolve provider and health care liens"”including Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA, and hospital liens"”using statutory tools and advanced negotiation strategies to protect client net recovery. Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure timely and accurate client disbursements. Directly manage 2 case managers and support 2-3 attorneys with negotiation strategies and settlement guidance. Review and generate settlement reports, track negotiation progress, and provide strategic recommendations. Report directly to Alex Hanna on case statuses, outcomes, and team performance. Required Qualifications: Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is required. In-depth knowledge of Florida pre-suit PI procedures and insurance company negotiation strategies. Documented success in overcoming low offers and achieving high-value settlements. Expertise in resolving complex lien issues, including provider disputes and statutory reductions. Experience preparing and filing Civil Remedy Notices (CRNs) and using them as effective leverage tools. Strong leadership and case management skills, with the ability to oversee staff and collaborate with attorneys. Preference for pre-suit work; must not be interested in litigation.
