PTO Bonus Job Details Our client is a growing firm looking for a sharp, hands-on personal injury litigation paralegal to join our team and play a pivotal role in helping clients get the justice they deserve. What You'll Do: Draft and file complaints, discovery requests/responses, and detailed medical chronologies. Assist attorneys in trial preparation. Request, track, and summarize medical records while managing healthcare liens and verifying balances. Onboard new personal injury litigation clients referred from partner firms, ensuring a seamless start to their case. Keep cases on track from intake to resolution with strong organizational and case management skills. What We're Looking For: Litigation experience in personal injury. Knowledge of medical records, liens, and the unique challenges of PI cases. Strong drafting, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Paralegal certificate (preferred). A proactive, client-focused professional who enjoys being an integral part of the legal team.
