What the Sr. Financial Analyst will do: Lead the Sr. Financial Analyst function for acquisitions from start to finish, including due diligence, financial assessments, and post-acquisition reporting. Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and ad hoc analysis. Communicate financial results and trends clearly to cross-functional leadership. Monitor key market and competitor trends to support strategic initiatives. Drive the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for assigned business units. Identify and recommend improvements in accounting workflows, systems, and processes. Collaborate with business leaders to evaluate spend, ROI, and performance metrics. What the company needs in a Sr. Financial Analyst : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in a Sr. Financial Analyst , FP&A, or business finance role. Experience supporting M&A activity including due diligence and financial modeling. Strong Excel and analytical skills; ability to work with large data sets and create clear, actionable insights. Ability to present financial results to executives and communicate across departments. Detail-oriented, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
