Experience managing large teams (20+ people) in a high-growth or agency-style environment. A track record of driving measurable growth with multi-million-dollar marketing budgets. Strong creative instincts with the ability to marry branding and performance for maximum impact. Deep knowledge of major advertising and analytics platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic, etc.). Lead generation expertise, ideally within consumer services or home services industries.
