The candidate will find opportunities on a wide range of projects involving multi-modal roadway planning, highway design, civil design, design review and construction oversight.What a day at EXP has in store for youPerform and lead engineering design review tasks for highway projects Develop civil design of multi-modal transportation projects per AASHTO, MUTCD and FDOT applicable design standards.Develop plans, specifications, quantities, and cost estimates.Prepare final bid packages, design-build packages, and bridging documents. Familiarity and proficiency in applying FDOT Current Supported Software Versions to design projects as required including:OpenRoads Designer (ORD)Bentley ProjectWise CONNECTMicroStationCivil 3DAuto TurnGuide SignWhat your experience looks likeBachelor of Science or higher in Engineering, preferably in civil or transportation curriculum.12+ years related experience. Licensed PE in the State of Florida.Licensed PE in other Southeastern States a plusFDOT experience preferred. In-depth knowledge of MicroStation and OpenRoads software.Strong technical design background in highway design and transportation engineering.Demonstrated ability to work in a team, Project management experience desirableExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsActive industry participation in professional societies at local and State level a plus.Basic knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
