Overview QA/Test Engineer - Cleared (Salesforce Federal Delivery). In-person expectations include visits with customers, Salesforce offices, and Thunder offices in Tysons Corner, VA. Location: Hybrid (US-based, strong preference for DC Metro Area). The QA/Test Engineer plays a critical role in validating and verifying Salesforce solutions delivered in Federal cleared environments. This role ensures quality, compliance, and readiness of solutions through test planning, execution, and automation. Responsibilities Develop test plans and test cases for Salesforce Federal delivery projects. Execute functional, regression, and integration testing in cleared environments. Support automation of test cases using Salesforce testing tools and frameworks. Document defects, track resolution, and retest fixes for compliance and quality assurance. Ensure all testing activities align with Federal compliance and security requirements. Qualifications 3+ years of QA/testing experience in Salesforce or IT environments. Experience with test automation frameworks and tools. Familiarity with Federal compliance testing requirements (FedRAMP, ATO). Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills. Active Security Clearance required (Secret or higher). Bachelor's degree required. Travel required, as necessary.
