Responsibilities Drive business case development for internal and external opportunities, including business objectives, proposed solution and justification, utilizing knowledge of financial levers of Prime and industry standards/trends with support from Senior Director Strategy Gather and analyze industry and competitor data and intelligence to identify industry trends and implications to Prime: based on results of environmental scan, develop strategic responses, including tactics, timelines, and dependencies Develop reporting mechanisms to monitor ongoing performance against Prime's Strategic Imperatives; identify benchmarking data and tools Prepare agendas, outlines, and draft documents for Board meetings in collaboration with other content contributors throughout enterprise Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Bachelor/'s degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience; HS Diploma or GED is required 7 years of experience in strategy, competitive market intelligence, mergers and acquisitions, and/or business and corporate development roles or related field Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship Additional Qualifications Strong strategic thinking, able to analyze key industry trends and identify implications to Prime Effectively works in matrixed leadership environment Expert ability using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Strong presentation skills and leadership presence Ability to work both independently and as an energetic team player Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Master/'s degree in Business or related field Experience with large sets of claims data In-depth knowledge of PBM industry Experience conducting pharmaceutical, medical, and/or financial analyses Every employee must understand, comply with and attest to the security responsibilities and security controls unique to their job, and comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements and internal policies and procedures.
