Principal Design Verification Engineer

Overview We are seeking an experienced Design Verification Engineer to join our client's Mountain View team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Digital and Mixed-Mode Design Verification, with expertise in UVM, UVC, SystemVerilog, and Wreal for deep-node designs. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Digital Front-End designers throughout the full development cycle of complex mixed-mode SoCs"”from prototype to mass production. Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent Location: Mountain View, CA (onsite) What you'll do Define architectures, specifications, and documentation for DV in mixed-mode SoCs. Lead digital and mixed-mode design verification activities. Work closely with Front-End, Architecture, Software, and DSP teams. Establish and refine DV methodologies. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering. Minimum 7 years of industry experience in Design Verification. Proven track record in embedded and mixed-mode SoC designs. Strong expertise in UVM and Wreal. In-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art Design and DV tools. Experience with Front-End, Synthesis, Back-End, BIST, SCAN, and DFT/M. Familiarity with embedded software, FPGA, and Emulators. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Effective team player with outstanding collaboration skills. An understanding of analog circuit design is a plus.
