Oracle Sales Cloud Principal Consultant

Overview Infosys is seeking an Oracle Sales Cloud Principal Consultant with experience in Oracle Sales Cloud technology implementation. As an Oracle Sales Cloud Principal Consultant, you will contribute to different phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, proposing technical solutions, and playing an important role in development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes and deliverables. Responsibilities The role involves leading and delivering Oracle Sales Cloud engagements, collaborating with clients and onsite/offshore teams, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption of the Sales Cloud solution. Required Qualifications Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Fort Lauderdale, FL or be willing to travel to this location. Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent; will consider work experience in lieu of a degree. At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology. Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle Sales Cloud technology. Experience in architecture, design and detailing of processes and problem definition. In-depth functional knowledge in Sales Force Automation (SFA) processes. Experience configuring Sales Cloud entities such as Account, Lead, Opportunity; ability to identify and plan for customization to meet customer requirements; define and set up user roles, create lookups, currencies, data import, etc. Understanding of sales processes/technologies and integration with other ERP systems. PoC ideation, creation and demonstration to client. Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Completed at least 4 greenfield implementations. Experience working on Agile projects and leading sprint teams. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to build strong business-partner interactions with client stakeholders. Willingness to work in a global delivery environment. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
