We hire top innovative minds to power prosperity for our customers around the world. We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Recruiter to drive recruiting strategies for our Accelerating Functions teams. The Principal Recruiter will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, accelerating Intuit's biggest bets through end-to-end orchestration, consultation, and the execution of hiring strategies and forward-thinking insights across the Talent Acquisition team. What you'll bring 10+ years demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment within a fast-paced corporate setting. G&A recruitment experience (Legal, Finance, People) within a technology organization is preferred. Demonstrated success in partnering and consulting with senior-level business leaders. Experience driving scalable recruitment strategies in partnership with key stakeholders. Strong knowledge of emerging recruitment trends and behaviors within the software/SaaS industry. Experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance productivity and innovation. Demonstrated experience in influencing and driving data-informed decisions. Familiarity with and commitment to inclusive recruiting practices. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with prior experience leading and mentoring other recruiters/sourcers. How you will lead Serve as a trusted thought partner to business leaders and stakeholders to influence talent decisions and workforce planning for your business unit, setting the pace for talent acquisition strategy and long-term attraction plans. Understand the business strategy, plans, and how the roles you hire for impact outcomes; translate this knowledge into outcome-driven, end-to-end strategies. Engage top talent and guide candidate experiences to elevate the experience for candidates and hiring teams, even when there are no immediate openings. Identify and overcome roadblocks by diagnosing problems, pulling in the right stakeholders, and creating scalable solutions that transform partnerships with the business. Educate your business and recruiting peers about the talent market and AI fluency; use internal and external data, benchmarks, and go-to-market capabilities like talent intelligence and marketing to impact the business unit. Use data to forecast hiring needs, investigate deviations from targets, and develop forward-looking talent strategies; model a data-driven culture within the recruiting team and the organization. Innovate with AI and technology to enhance productivity and insights, and mentor other recruiters on how to leverage them for sourcing, engagement, and market analysis. The expected base pay range for this position is: Bay Area, California: TBD Southern California: TBD This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with applicable plans and programs.
