A company is looking for a Contracts Counsel to draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements for their cloud cybersecurity business. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including SAAS and licensing agreements Collaborate with departments to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies Assist in the development and monitoring of corporate policies and review standard form templates Required Qualifications 2 to 3 years of experience in SAAS and Cloud contracts review and negotiation Experience as in-house counsel or at a big firm in a global technology / software / cloud company Advanced knowledge of contract law and contract management processes Juris Doctor or LLM from an accredited university and bar admission in the US Proven ability to lead negotiations and communicate effectively in a hybrid team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
