Overview As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Security, for Google Cloud you will take part in a complete marketing experience as you guide every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communication, you help shape the product and grow its customer base. You will work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, web masters, product development, engineering, and more. In this role, you will be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end. Responsibilities Work with marketing, sales, and product management to define and deliver the differentiated Google Cloud security value proposition. Drive awareness of Google Cloud security products in the market through defining a compelling narrative and engaging with key influencers. Build fans and advocates, and help them tell their story. Enable sales to close business with compelling narratives, tools, competitive intelligence and training. Create innovative technology showcases for Google Cloud security products. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 9 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social). 6 years of experience in product marketing working with security products. Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Preferred qualifications Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related technical field. Experience in marketing security products used in cloud or SaaS environments. Experience working collaboratively across multiple product management and marketing teams. Experience launching and marketing technology solutions globally. Excellent writing, communication, and structured thinking skills. Compensation The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$245,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Your recruiter can share the specific range for your location during the hiring process. Note: compensation details reflect base salary only; bonus, equity, and benefits are not included here.
