Our expertise includes employment litigation; labor arbitration; HR investigations, advice and counsel; business and commercial litigation, including contract disputes, shareholder disputes, government regulatory disputes, FINRA and securities disputes; real estate disputes; civil rights litigation; Insurance coverage disputes; Fair Debt Collection Practices Act defense litigation; and appellate advocacy. This candidate should feel comfortable conducting research, doing data entry, scheduling, maintaining case files, and completing other ad-hoc requests, as needed. E-discovery experience is also required. Responsibilities Legal fact and basic legal research Assist with case management Organize and electronically file pleadings Coordinate and schedule calendars Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years' experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal Experience with e-discovery software such as Relativity, Everlaw, or Opus2 Interested in hearing more?
