Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year A bit about us: HYBRID Senior Accountant opening in Irvine, CA Our client is a well-established and respected real estate, development, and management company based out of Irvine, CA and for over 30 years now, they have been providing real estate, development, investment and property management services. They own and managed a wide range of multifamily and senior living properties and are continuing to grow. Why join us? Responsibilities: Manage accounting for multiple properties, including GL, accruals, and month-end closings Oversee tenant financials: rent rolls, ledgers, credit/debt management, and CAM reconciliations Communicate effectively with external stakeholders Handle property taxes, invoice entry, and bill payments Spend significant time on a PC managing financial systems and reporting Generate monthly financial reports and ensure accuracy across all ledgers Requirements: 3+ years of experience in property accounting Comfortable working independently and liaising with vendors and tenants Experience with commercial real estate is a strong plus Tech-savvy and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Interested in hearing more?
