Work alongside a collaborative and experienced team member to resolve a backlog of claims and returns following a system conversion. Gain exposure to NetSuite ERP while focusing on claims and returns processing in a supportive environment. Overview of the Claims / Returns Specialist role: Process claims, returns, and credit requests accurately and efficiently. Assist with clearing a backlog of transactions tied to an August 4th system transition. Collaborate with internal departments to investigate discrepancies, validate information, and ensure timely resolution. Document actions, maintain data accuracy, and support smooth workflow between systems. Preferred Qualifications for the Claims / Returns Specialist role: Prior experience in claims, returns, and credit processing is required. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle volume efficiently. Familiarity with ERP systems is helpful; NetSuite experience preferred but not required.
