Permanent Employee Unlimited PTO Plan! 401(k) // matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account -Life insurance Job Details For the HR Specialist, the responsibilities anticipated will be (15-20 hours/week): Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling. Support hiring managers in the recruitment process. Prepare offer letters and onboarding materials. Conduct new employee orientations and ensure smooth onboarding. Employee Relations & Compliance Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related questions. Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain positive workplace relations. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (FMLA, FLSA, OSHA, etc.). Assist in developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Payroll & Benefits Administration Partner with finance to support biweekly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy of timekeeping and wage records. Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and leave programs. Serve as liaison with benefit providers and address employee questions. HR Operations & Recordkeeping Maintain HRIS or personnel files with accurate, confidential employee data. Track employee attendance, leave balances, and performance review timelines.
