Line Lead

Line Lead Responsibilities: Coordinates all direct production and related support activities in a safe, timely, and efficient manner. Understands the quality specifications for each product as stated in the product file and trains workforce to meet those expectations. Responsible for monitoring the line to control labor and material usage standards. Monitoring the speed of the line to ensure meeting/exceeding production rates. Follow and execute GMP's under supervisor direction. Assures items on the line match the bill of material. Qualifications: Three years of warehouse/manufacturing experience. Must have at least one year of supervisory experience. Be able to lift over 40lbs, walking. Bilingual preferred.
