Job Title: Project Manager - Hardware Electrical Engineering (Jira Expert) Location: Onsite - Arden Hills, MN 55112 Duration: 12 Months+ W2 contract, with high potential for extension based on performance and business needs Pay Range: $70 - $82/hour. on W2 (W2) Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with deep expertise in Jira Software to support hardware electrical engineering projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing Jira projects, ensuring engineering teams have the tools and structure required for successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain Jira Software projects tailored for hardware engineering teams. Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to manage project lifecycles effectively. Create and manage dashboards, workflows, and reports to provide leadership with project visibility. Consolidate updates into program-level reporting. Lead initiatives to improve processes and drive operational excellence. Train teams on Jira best practices and collaboration tools to maximize productivity.
