Job Description

Overview Director/Senior Managing Consultant, Services Business Development - Security Solutions role at Mastercard. The North American Services Team is a key pillar of Mastercard's global services organization, delivering the latest innovations to clients from cybersecurity, to payment optimization, Identity services, consulting and more. Responsibilities Own a financial institution segment sales target & strategy. Act as a senior sales leader with understanding of consumer banking and how small and midsized banks leverage card programs to achieve financial objectives; assess how fraud and cybersecurity trends impact profitability. Develop sales plans, identify market opportunities, and align strategies with business objectives to meet or exceed targets. Serve as the generalist cybersecurity and fraud expert for the assigned segment, coordinating with cybersecurity/fraud experts, account managers, and services sales to identify, progress, and close Security Solutions opportunities. Collaborate with a cross-functional sales team to solve client problems with Mastercard capabilities. Drive revenue growth and implement sales initiatives with corrective actions as needed. Forecast and plan by analyzing market trends, customer demand, and historical data. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with product development and GTM teams to relay issuer/partner feedback on product capabilities, market needs, ROI, and cyber/fraud trends. Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Qualifications Basic Qualifications 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree 5 or more years of domain expertise in cybersecurity and fraud (preferably with cyber/fraud integration experience) Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience selling technology solutions to the banking industry Business development or sales experience in the payments industry or consulting Demonstrated history of individual and team quota achievement Excellent client relationship management skills with a track record of strategic selling Executive presence and communication skills (written and oral) with experience influencing others Teamwork, interpersonal and relationship-building abilities; ability to lead by example Ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to broad audiences Demonstrated thought leadership and ability to think creatively to innovate Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Compensation and Benefits National Salary Range (Applies Regardless of Location): $164,000-$262,000.
