Overview Technology and Innovation - Associate Director (NetSuite) at Riveron. This client facing role interacts with key leadership (CFO, Controller, etc.) and contributes to business development and sales, practice development, and project execution. You will lead the delivery of client engagements, serve as the day-to-day contact for the client, guide a team of consultants through the project lifecycle, and ensure high quality projects are delivered on time and on budget. As an Associate Director, you will enhance your project and people management skills while delivering ongoing thought partnership to solve client problems in real time. You will collaborate with business leaders and a dedicated performance advisor to help develop the NetSuite practice as Riveron grows. Responsibilities Lead client engagements as the day-to-day point of contact; guide consulting teams through the project lifecycle; ensure projects are on time and on budget. Collaborate with implementation team members to develop effective and scalable NetSuite solutions; leverage best practices. Develop business requirements and translate them into NetSuite functionality; lead client workshops to define implementation strategy. Lead and/or support implementation teams in solution design and execution; present designs to client and internal teams. Coordinate with client IT teams to ensure clear understanding of solution design; facilitate communications with external and internal stakeholders. Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and components (functional specs, design specs, configurations, QA, implementations, project reviews). Define integration requirements and collaborate with the integration team to interface NetSuite with other applications. Oversee engagement teams through all phases of NetSuite ERP implementations or optimizations (process design, configuration, UAT, training, cutover, go-live stabilization). Support business development and sales; identify expansion opportunities and participate in pre-sales meetings to assess project scope and NetSuite fit. Identify NetSuite modules, timelines, resource plans, and fee estimates to achieve client objectives; contribute to NetSuite practice development and training materials. Qualifications Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS). 7+ years of implementation or optimization experience; prior experience architecting ERP solutions on NetSuite; leading or supporting full-cycle NetSuite implementations. Experience gathering business requirements and implementing ERP, CRM, and PSA solutions. Mastery of Microsoft Office products. Consulting experience with other business applications (e.g., QuickBooks, Intacct, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft) is a plus. Experience with SaaS or cloud environments is a plus. Certified NetSuite ERP consultant is a plus. Ability to develop, grow, and sustain client relationships; entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset. Ability to work in dynamic environments; strong verbal, written, and presentation skills for diverse audiences. Desire to engage in Riveron culture and internal initiatives (community service, training, interviewing, intramurals, networking). Commitment to best practices and evaluating the need for customization versus standard functionality. Compensation Salary range: $120,000 - $210,000 per year (exclusive of bonus, equity, or benefits). This range reflects factors such as experience, training, certifications, location, and applicable laws.
