Senior Technical Consultant - Financials

Position: Senior Financial Integration Consultant As a member of Workday's Global Technical Services organization, the Senior Financial Integration Consultant focuses on the financial implementation of our cloud-based software within medium to large-sized companies. The role involves working on GL, AR, AP, Inventory, PSA, and other financial processes, collaborating with customers to build effective solutions. Responsibilities: Lead the financial integration aspects of Workday implementation projects, especially strategic and complex ones. Collaborate with client project teams to ensure successful deployment of Workday's integration products, tools, and services. Architect, design, and manage integration deliverables across multiple projects. Mentor and support teammates with knowledge sharing and project guidance. Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of integration experience in Financials Management domains (Financial Accounting, Banking, Supplier Accounts, Procurement, Customer Accounts). At least 4+ years of experience consulting as an Advisor or Architect on customer implementations. Extensive experience in architecture, design, and building integration solutions. Experience managing small teams of Integration Consultants and mentoring them. Additional Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Finance or Accounting. Ability to coordinate deliverables and guide clients on integration strategies. Strong customer service orientation with high satisfaction outcomes. Experience leading discovery and scoping phases of integration projects. Proactive knowledge sharing and support to team members.
