Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr The Director of Digital Strategy & Marketing will be a key leader driving the execution and growth of our digital initiatives. This role is focused on turning strategy into measurable results by scaling high-performing programs, refining digital experiences, and building the internal capabilities to fuel long-term success. Key Responsibilities Execution & Optimization Lead the rollout and optimization of digital marketing strategies, with a focus on SEO and SEM programs across Amazon, Walmart, and Target marketplaces. Drive product detail page (PDP) enhancements to improve visibility, click-through rates, and conversions. Establish repeatable frameworks for keyword research, ad targeting, bid management, and conversion optimization. Monitor performance and implement real-time optimizations to maximize ROI. Capability Building Build and lead a high-performing digital marketing team with clear goals, KPIs, and career development paths. Create in-house processes, templates, and playbooks that enable speed, consistency, and scalability. Implement marketing tools and technologies that strengthen analytics, reporting, and automation. Mentor team members to elevate expertise in SEO, SEM, and marketplace optimization. Strengthen cross-functional collaboration with creative, merchandising, and sales teams to ensure alignment and efficiency. Measurement & Continuous Improvement Develop and maintain dashboards in Excel, Power BI, and other platforms to track KPIs and campaign performance. Leverage advanced analytics and testing frameworks (A/B, multivariate) to refine strategies and boost conversion rates. Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on growth performance, ROI, and new opportunities. Stay ahead of digital trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies to maintain a strong competitive edge. Qualifications 8+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with expertise in SEO, SEM, and marketplace content optimization. Demonstrated success in scaling digital programs that deliver measurable business growth. Proven track record in PDP optimization and driving marketplace conversion improvements. Experience building and managing high-performing marketing teams. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; comfort with additional analytics and marketing tech platforms. Strong project management skills and ability to execute cross-functional initiatives on time and on budget. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
