Client Summary: Works with rehabilitation professionals to enhance patient care using digital solutions. Combines in-person treatment with at-home engagement tools. Offers capabilities for exercise programs, remote monitoring, and performance tracking. Provides data-driven insights to support quality and value-based care. Recognized and validated by leading healthcare institutions. Position Responsibilities: RTM Strategy & Execution Serve as the lead strategist for RTM adoption, focusing on top 5-10 client accounts. Design and execute structured A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of engagement efforts. Use deep data analysis to uncover trends, friction points, and drivers of success in RTM engagement. Develop clinician incentive programs to boost participation and usage of the platform. Partner with the Client Success team to lead conversations with clients about barriers and improvement opportunities. Program Management & Innovation Drive ideation and implementation of new RTM engagement models that can scale across accounts. Bring a sales-oriented, growth mindset to adoption challenges, balancing creativity with operational execution. Apply critical thinking to navigate complex organizations, identify key stakeholders, and drive consensus around RTM strategy. Manage client-facing adoption programs using structured program management tools and best practices. Commercial Pilots & ROI Measurement Lead the execution of commercial payor pilots"”managing scope, measurement, and outcomes. Assess and communicate ROI of RTM programs across clinical (e.g., no-show rates, fall-offs, length of stay) and financial (e.g., reimbursement, clinician productivity) metrics. Translate findings from pilot programs into scalable frameworks for use across the client base. Key Success Metrics (KPIs) Increase in clinician and patient adoption within targeted accounts. Growth in the number of enrolled patients and RTM-generated revenue. Demonstrated improvement in client-side operational metrics and overall satisfaction. ROI metrics that validate program success for both clients and payors. Experience & Skills: Required Experience and Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in healthcare technology, services, or clinical operations roles. Proven track record of driving adoption of digital tools or care models within provider groups. Familiarity with Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), RTM, or chronic condition care platforms. Strong understanding of provider workflows and clinical behavior change. Skills & Attributes Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analysis, A/B testing, and cohort analysis. Sales-oriented and growth-driven approach to client strategy. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong program management and organizational abilities.
