Pinocchio Supervisor

The Pinocchio Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of the Pinocchio Staff to which they are assigned. This is a full-time, benefit eligible position working Monday-Friday. This is a hybrid position that will require travel to the schools in the Jefferson County region. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - JOB SPECIFIC: Core Responsibilities: Recruitment, hiring, and training of Pinocchio Associates Coordination of screening services for Pinocchio Program Attend parent conferences as scheduled. Ensure compliance with all Compass Health administrative requirements and school district policies Consultation with teachers, principals, counselors, etc. Clinical and programmatic supervision of personnel. Other Responsibilities: Performance appraisals. Attend weekly supervision with each direct report. Attend monthly team meeting. Program development. Work with Executive Team to ensure program profitability. After hours consultation for crisis and staff backup. Marketing school based and intervention programs. Attend all training as required by Compass Health Network. Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
