Your Responsibilities Owning and optimizing the onboarding process which runs from initial application through being set "live" on the platform Managing a team of onboarding agents responsible for converting qualified applicants into active shefs Designing and refining sales processes to optimize conversion at various stages in the funnel Ensuring monthly onboarding goals are hit (primarily # of onboarded shefs) Coordinating with cross-functional contributors to the onboarding process, like working with our culinary lead for taste test & menu planning steps Monitoring, measuring, and reporting on onboarding funnel metrics, and quickly addressing problems / opportunities Continuously improving onboarding processes by gathering feedback, running experiments, and automating where possible Who you are An optimizer - the kind of person who squeeze the most juice out of everything they touch An achiever - you just have to hit your goals A hustler - you always find a way to get it done, never afraid to jump in do the work yourself when needed A startup lover - we are a small but mighty bunch, still in the early stages of building something great A juggler - you can project manage like the best, running multiple projects at once, rarely dropping a ball Metrics Shefs onboarded (monthly target) Conversion (% of qualified shefs onboarded) Conversion timeframe Compensation $100,000-$120,000 Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Industries Consumer Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Shef by 2x Get notified about new Operations Manager jobs in San Francisco, CA .
