This opportunity includes a comprehensive 10-week online pre-employment training program , designed to fit your schedule with 20 hours per week of instruction held after business hours. Participants who successfully complete the pre-employment training will receive a $1250 stipend , along with in-demand skills, hands-on experience, and a clear pathway into a dynamic tech role. Key Responsibilities: · System, batch and hardware monitoring using various tools and GUI's · Level 1 & 2 support for incident triage and resolution · Vendor collaboration during incidents · Performance stress test support · Creation and maintenance of process documentation · Collaborate with other infrastructure engineering and application teams to ensure successful projects and maintenance/upgrades · Provide 24x7 on-call support · Disaster Recovery Exercise Support · Perform Mainframe System IPLs · Ensure system stability post Maintenance Window
