Cost Accountant

They are looking for a detail-oriented Cost Accountant to join their finance team and support accurate cost analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain cost accounting systems, documents, and records. Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs. Conduct cost audits and prepare variance analysis reports. Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts. Collaborate with operations, procurement, and production teams to ensure cost efficiency. Monitor inventory transactions and reconcile discrepancies. Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and relevant regulations. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial analysis. Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
