Accounts Payable Specialist

Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities: Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and timely Verify and reconcile invoice discrepancies Prepare and process check runs, ACH, and wire transfers Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries in a professional manner Assist in month-end close procedures and AP-related reporting Collaborate with internal departments to ensure invoice approvals and coding accuracy Monitor aging reports and assist with vendor account reconciliations Accounts Payable Specialist Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP processes Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software's Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Salary: $55,000-$70,000 #INSEP2025 #ZRCFS #LI-MY1
