Dashboards/SOPs, 2. lead Home Modification programs and others as identified, 3. Lead/Facilitate PI Projects Top skillsets needed: 1. Hands-on experience and knowledge of dashboards, tableau reports, and smart sheets---the analytics. 2. Managing medium-to-large scale programs, 3. Complete work assignments autonomously while meeting deadlines, 4. Identifies improvement opportunities across teams Project Consultant Key Tasks include: • Partner with our PIC and Medical Office Controller (MOC) to develop a budget shortfall remediation plan inclusive of physician, non-physician/ancillary, and non-payroll areas. • Develop a communication plan for the new PIC with his medical center constituents unique and specific to their needs (physician and non-physician leaders, front line physicians, front line staff, hospital and health plan representatives) • Consult on leadership team and operational oversight structure redesign • Consult on leadership development, in particular physician leadership development in service of the three areas of strategic focus outlined above. **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered. ** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements. ** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
